The client, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee management, had years of managing large workforces. They sought to consolidate and automate these complex processes into a unified system.
The main challenge was to develop a scalable system that could handle the complexities of managing multiple companies and employees, provide role-based access, and support a high level of customization. The system needed to accurately track employee statuses such as time in, time out, and breaks, while offering a customizable main dashboard for different user roles.
The goal was to create an efficient, automated solution that encapsulates their vast experience and knowledge in HR management. The system had to be flexible enough to accommodate various organizational structures while maintaining security through proper access controls.
